As posted earlier in this thread I had a couple bad experiences with aquascape. I can now add that Nicole and Pedro have done everything that could be expected AND THEN SOME to make it a good experience. My replacement elong arrived this morning and is looking to be in normal condition for a shipped fish.

Thank you aquascape.
I've got several scaley and a couple scaleless creatures living in glass houses full of water in the other room.

So no one told you life was going to be this way. Your job's a joke, you're broke, you're love life's DOA. It's like you're always stuck in second gear, Well, it hasn't been your day, your week, your month, or even your year.

I've bought from aquascape 3 times now and i've had nothing but the best customer service everytime. The first time (many years ago) I had a problem with the fish getting there in 2 days instead of 1 and had some deaths. Problem with the shipping not aquascape. They did everything to make it right just followed there request. I can not say enough about Nicole she is the best. My last 2 orders i've talked to her and she has made each order better from the last. I will never shop anywhere else for my fish and will tell others. Nicole you better be around for my next order! LOL! She answered my email's, phone calls and request's everytime. I can't thank you enough. Great customer service! I'm I the only one to say that's a rare thing now a days. A breath of fresh air. Thanks Nicole, because of you I will be back.

had a bad experience the first time i tried to purchase something last year. waited months for something the site said was instock. it wasn't. just gave it another try, had an excellent experience this time. the service was prompt, friendly, and the fish was larger than i had expected. i'll be ordering my next piranha the same way. (lesson learned, call and make sure what you want is there. don't just place order on website)

Just ordered a purple sanchezi earlier today. Cant wait for it to come. I just ordered online on the website tho so ill make a call in the morning.

Pretty pumped. Ive ordered corals and inverts online before fir my old reef tank on other sites.

Never ordered from aquascape before but from the feedback i aint worried one bit.

Cant wait!

Ordered two 2-inched sanchezi piranha's. Shipped in perfect health overnight in 300-mile trip. One is already finger chasing, while the one I gave to my sister in law lets you hand feed him all on first day!!
