Picked up the tank, stand, and glass tops today along with a couple more bags of Eco Complete -- I already have 8 in my 75, so that will give me about 200 lbs of EC in the 125.

Ordered a co2 regulator from maknwar this morning and a new 10lb. cylinder from AquariumPlants.com -- those should be here early next week. Also ordered a filter housing yesterday to make a Cerges style reactor and bought the fittings I'd need for it today. Still waiting to hear back from someone about a drop checker and I'll be ordering a Catalina 72" 2x80w T5HO fixture on Monday morning -- if all goes according to plan, I am hoping to have everything set up by Thursday.

Snapped a quick pic of the tank in front of my 75, loving the idea of all that extra real estate...

So no one told you life was going to be this way. Your job's a joke, you're broke, you're love life's DOA. It's like you're always stuck in second gear, Well, it hasn't been your day, your week, your month, or even your year.

Worry not my fellow planted tank n00bs (including myself), Joe is not qualified to enter his 125g in the contest because he's going pressurized (lucky us) unless the rule has changed other wise he means no threat to all of us.

@ Joe, so the 125g only has one center brace instead of two? what brand is the tank, if my 180g was like then then I would have gotten two MH instead.

They changed the rule to allow pressurized.

Well atleast we can still have fun trying to compete with joe.

in which case we just not vote for him then, or the member with 2nd most vote wins the title :)

Yeah I bought the Marineland 125 because of the single brace and the black silicone -- pretty happy with it and I'm really tempted to set it up right away

I actually like the stand too even tho I usually build my own. I will be building a custom stand for this as soon as I have time, I just really wanted to set it up now and knew it would be at least a few months til I could get around to building one.
