Not sure if this has been asked already but do you happen to know the measurements of your fish room?

Trying to get a general idea for a fish room ill be setting up in a few months

Lol too small! Rough guess is about 16'x 10' with an extra little nook in one corner. But that room is only about half the tanks in the house, wife's tanks are upstairs...

Excuse the mess that day, my room the lights on the 180 had just gone swimming so there was extra mess.

We're to the point of really needing a climate controlled pole barn. Wife has 10 tanks in living room and another 13 in dining room, mine are all in one room except a frag tank. Sadly for her she has to deal with the smaller tanks being upstairs.

it's been a while since any kind of update. we had some issues last fall with an emergency home repair needed. got that taken care of but the fish collection shrunk a little, down from 2000 gallons to about 1000. wife only has a 125 planted freshwater tank and a 40 breeder salt tank, and a new 10 gal nano salt, then my last 4 adult zebra plecos are up there as well with their newest batch of fry...

Been contemplating getting rid of my 75 salt and either getting a group of baby reds or a small group of scombs. I miss having a group of fish but the cariba/piraya just isn't in the budget

Not bad at all. Never realized you had a big rhom like that. Do you enjoy the less work now though?

Not much less work. Still running 8 tanks, it was the wife that got rid of most of her tanks... went from 26 to 3. I'm only down 3-4 tanks from where I was.
